Announcing the United by Data Jobs Survey

Home / Announcements / Announcing the United by Data Jobs Survey

As part of our upcoming launch of the United by Data community, we wanted to start the conversation with data (of course!).

We are excited to announce the United by Data Jobs survey, measuring gender equality and representation in data-centric roles. The goal of this survey is to increase what we know about the roles, skills and compensation in data and analytics. In order to better understand the most pressing issues of gender equality for data technologists, we believe it is crucial to get participation from both men and women, from a wide variety of geographic locations and industries.

If you work in a data-centric role, or are responsible for hiring for such roles, we hope you will consider participating in our survey! It should only take about 10-15 minutes to complete, and all responses will be aggregated to maintain the confidentiality of survey participants.

The survey will be opened this Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM during the United by Data presentation at the Phoenix Tableau User Group. The survey will remain open for three weeks, until March 10, 2017  (11:59 PM). Results and analysis will be presented at the United by Data March meeting.

Updates on the survey and upcoming United by Data events will be posted to:

Stay tuned….and please share with anyone who you think might want to participate in this survey!
