As part of our upcoming launch of the United by Data community, we wanted to start the conversation with data (of course!). We are excited to announce the United by Data Jobs survey, measuring gender equality and representation in data-centric roles. The goal of this survey is to increase what we know about the roles, skills and compensation in data and analytics. In order to better understand the most pressing issues of gender equality for data technologists, we believe it is crucial to get participation from both men and women, from a wide variety of geographic locations and industries.
